Return and Exchange Policy
Returns & Refunds:

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at info@naturaderm.co. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Products must be returned to the address provided by our team. We recommend using trackable shipping, as Naturaderm is not responsible for lost packages or delivery errors.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Orders not delivered due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address).

Orders marked as “Delivered” with valid tracking.

For lost items, please contact the shipping carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item or quantity, contact us immediately at info@naturaderm.co with photo or video proof. We’ll send a replacement or provide an exchange gift card for use on naturaderm.co.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier. If your package is missing, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you can provide proof of the loss, you may qualify for a reshipment by contacting info@naturaderm.co with documentation.
Naturaderm 90-Day Guarantee (For Select Supplements)
Tracking Requirements:

To qualify for satisfaction claims, you must document your journey with clear photos—one “before” photo and three monthly progress photos.
Consistent Use Requirement:

Daily use as directed for 90 consecutive days is required. Inconsistent use disqualifies eligibility.
Claim Window:

Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the 90-day period (i.e., within 120 days of purchase).

Claims made without proper documentation will not be accepted.
Note: The standard 30-day return policy still applies to unopened or defective products.
Orders in Transit

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless delayed 7+ days past the estimated delivery date.

For address updates on shipped orders, please contact the carrier directly.

If you choose to cancel after dispatch, you may:

Accept delivery and follow the standard return process, or

Refuse the package so it is returned to us automatically.
